SUMMER HOLIDAY CLOSURE
From 14th to 24th August 2010 we are closed for our annual summer break. You can still place orders online during this time, but they will not be despatched until 25th August at the earliest.

Free Delivery on orders over £20

Orders under £20 are subject to a £3.95 Postage & Packing charge, which will be added at checkout.

We normally use Royal Mail to deliver your goods by first class post though some items may be sent by courier, and you should receive your goods within a maximum of 10 days (but usually much sooner). Most orders are despatched within 48 hours. If for any reason there is likely to be a delay in despatching your order, we will contact you. Occassionally, certain items are not held as stock, in this case the item may be shipped directly to you from our suppliers; if this is the case we will get in touch with an estimated delivery date.
If you have not received your order, or notification of estimated delivery date, within 10 days please contact us.

Special Delivery
We also offer the option of Special Delivery for a supplement of £5.50. We cannot guarantee that this will mean next working day as it will depend on when the order is placed and processed. If you want to ensure next day delivery you need to e-mail or telephone us before placing your order, to check this will be possible.

For delivery outside the UK please contact us.

Invoices
Baby Bean is committed to reduce the amount of paper generated (and wasted) by our business. Based on customer feedback, we no longer include a printed invoice in your parcel, so please retain your order confirmation email for your records. If you would prefer to recieve a paper invoice, we can send this on to you by post, just let us know.

Gift Wrapping & Messages
If you are ordering as a gift, we can send your parcel directly to the recipient, just enter their details in the delivery address section. We can gift wrap your items for you for a charge of £2.50 - just add Gift Wrapping to your shopping cart. We will also include a message with any order, free of charge - simply enter the message along with any additional instructions in the comments section at checkout.

Exchanges and Returns Policy

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Baby Bean, and we hope our returns policy allows you to buy in confidence.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and the item is in original condition you may return it for a full no-quibble refund or exchange within 28 days. It must be unused and in perfect condition, with its original packaging and any relevant instructions. Items which are returned without packaging/instructions may still be accepted for a return but will be subject to an admin fee of up to 20% of the retail price, which will be deducted from your refund. We are unable to refund postage costs for returns unless the item is damaged or faulty.

If you receive an item which is damaged or faulty we will replace it; or refund you the full cost if you prefer. If necessary, we will refund you the postage cost for returning the damaged item. Please contact us as soon as possible with details of the problem. This does not affect your statutory rights.

It would be helpful if you could contact us by phone or e-mail to advise us of any returns, in order that we can process your refund/exchange more efficiently.

When returning goods it is advisable to obtain a certificate of postage. Please ask at your Post Office for advice.
