We use Royal Mail to deliver your goods, either by regular first class post or standard parcels service, dependant on the size and weight of your items, and you should receive your goods within 10 days (usually quicker). If for any reason there is likely to be a delay in despatching your order, we will contact you. Occassionally, certain items are not held as stock, in this case the item may be shipped directly to you from our suppliers. If this is the case we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If you have not received your order, or notification of estimated delivery date, within 10 days please contact us.
Special DeliveryWe also offer the option of Special Delivery for a supplement of £5.50. We cannot guarantee that this will mean next working day as it will depend on when the order is placed and processed. If you want to ensure next day delivery you need to e-mail or telephone us before placing your order, to check this will be possible.

Exchanges and Returns Policy
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Baby Bean. However if you are unhappy with your purchase and the item is in original condition you may return it for a full refund within 28 days. It must be in resaleable condition, with its original packaging with any relevant instructions.
N.B. Nappies will only be accepted for a refund if they are unwashed and unused. It is advised that you prewash one nappy first to check suitability. We will consider buying back nappies which have been washed but are in otherwise as new condition at a slightly reduced price. Contact us for information.
We are unable to refund postage costs for returns unless the item is damaged or faulty.
If you receive an item which is damaged or faulty we will replace it; or refund you the full cost if you prefer. We will refund you the postage cost for returning the damaged item. Please contact us with details of the problem and return the damaged item within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
It would be helpful if you could contact us by phone or e-mail to advise us of any returns, in order that we can process your refund more efficiently.
When returning goods it is advisable to obtain a certificate of postage. Please ask at your local Post Office for advice.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order starting from the time you place the order and ending on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received. Please notify us of your intentions and return the goods within the 7 day cooling-off period. Goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
