I started Baby Bean in 2004 shortly my first daughter was born. I was forever being asked "Where can I get one of those?" by other mums who saw me carrying her happily in a sling, and decided to set up shop to share the products I loved with other parents.
I still specialise in baby slings, and have added other products along the way as my family has grown. I stock products that aim to make your life with young children just a little easier: giving you your hands back while keeping your baby happy; making mealtimes less messy; keeping little ones warm and dry; entertaining toddlers; pampering mum. I have tried and tested all the products that I sell, and only stock items I would recommend to friends or family. I believe in offering simple, honest advice to help my customers make the best choices; even if that means they don't buy from me!
Baby Bean is truly a family business and being a work at home mum means I might not always get to the phone straight away, but I WILL always call you back or reply to your email. I'm always happy to receive questions or feedback about my site or my products, so feel free to contact me.

What We Do:
- We understand that shopping online means you don't get to touch or try products before buying, so we have a no-quibble 28 day returns policy.
- We process orders quickly so you can get your products as soon as possible, usually within 72 hours (and often sooner).
- We let you know at the time of ordering if a product is not in stock, and keep you updated about delivery times.
- We try to minimise the enironmental impact of our business. We use recycled paper and packaging wherever possible. We minimise the paper we waste by not sending out invoices or delivery notes for you to put in the bin (but will always supply them if requested)
- We believe that our customers are our most important asset, and we always treat you accordingly.
- We give commonsense advice and information to our customers, and we can answer questions about all our products.
What We Don't:
- We will never share or sell customer information of any kind.
- We will never try to persuade customers to buy products which aren't right for them.
- We will never sell products which we don't believe in, or which we know to be poor quality - no matter how much profit they make.
